AAW Monitoring — Privacy Policy

AAW Monitoring is a client application for existing WebREACT monitoring systems operated by AAW Control Systems and its customers.

What we process

• Your WebREACT username, used to sign you in to your WebREACT system.
• Your WebREACT password, used only in transit to authenticate you with your WebREACT system. It is never stored on your device or on our servers.
• An application session and, if you enable notifications, a device push token, used to keep you signed in and to deliver alarm notifications.
• Application configuration for your organisation, such as your permitted sites.

What we do not do

• We do not store your password.
• We do not copy or mirror your monitoring history or sensor data; WebREACT remains the system of record.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
